Anime has given us hundreds of amazing main characters. Some are incredibly powerful, some are extremely intelligent, and others win our hearts through their personality and character development.
But there is one question anime fans can never completely agree on:
Who is the best MC of all time?

For this ranking, I am looking at several things, including personality, character development, story impact, popularity, memorable moments, and how much the character has influenced anime fans.

15. Tanjiro Kamado – Demon Slayer
Tanjiro Kamado is one of the most likeable protagonists in modern anime.
